    Chiyyaram is a village where people are very co-oprative. There is a very attratactive church and a very old convent in this place. There is also a Railway bridge called "Nasrani Palam" which was built by British. 60% of the people are Christians (Catholics). This place is about 3 to 4 Km away from Trichur Town.
