IOC is using all Syrian Liturgy, dress and all other traditions of Syrian Christians yet they say Indian orthodox and says it is a self made group and is independent of Syrian church - What a hypocracy.. Legally they have no standing as all priest must be appointed by Patriarchial benedictions according to Supreme court rulings Polictically no standing as churches must be administered by church elected appointees in free and impartial elections- as it is specified in supreme court rulings.- A political group or cult? Spiritually no standing as they hide and do practice satanic tactics like forcefull appointment of Bishops and influence Jacobite bishops priests and influence other means of power to control church and church wealth. Like Bishop taking over by siding with IOC group eg Muvattupuzha Aramana. And many other churches cases that got closed It is despicable to think IOC is more interessted in grabing wealth and power as Satan tempted to Jesus that he would give whole world to Jesus if he abide with him. that trap worked for IOC These are not righteous for a spiritual religious group but otherwise thinkers Political leaders listen to people like in any group but people listen to a spiritual leader - a Patriarchial system. IOC(called Indian Orthodox Church) listen to Rich and wealthy people who does not believe in patriarchal order that is carried from Jesus to people all the generations. And thus followers of hypocrisy -illegal leadership How would IOC justify denying rights for majority of patriarchal membership to choose their priest and keep IOC favored priest in many churches of north and central Karalla?? Quoting some 1934 year old constitutions (instead of supreme court rulings as listed above) of church - Karalla district court Ernakulam did not favored majority(80 % plus) of church members in many church cases in Kerala- Kolencherry St.Peters and St.Pauls Church -how could be justice justified? - (Why not member referendum in a parish conducted according to supreme court ruling) Why would methran kakshi (IOC) want to control majority patriarch churches in North kerala and file cases. Is these Christian values or hypocracy - want wealth like the devils who argued in Heaven and Eden garden.What kind of bishops are they and stands for these injustices denying right for majority of people If it is so why not adopt British rule in India., with all the justice suppression quoting old constitutions. Church is a public place and should be democratically administered with fair election to the administration every year. not impose any old constitutions by any court. In many churches the anual election is never happened by court rulings quoting old constitutions in many church ( where very good majority is Patriarchial) How could be this justice lost for the public places by the undemocratic judgements by lower courts where few people can take over by court rulings that does not reflect the real court rulings by Supreme court that all church must be administered by its parish elections and democratic process . it is a shameful justice system to quote old constitutions and not siding for majority of church parish members - for a public prayer instituion like church or any place like that democratic process is the essence of justice in these times. suppressing justice is like suppressing Ghandhian ideals for majority of people who were ruled by British. Ten percent or less ( rich members of a church) holding 80 to 85 percent members not to do any democratic elections for many years in those chuches and all that creates more fight and degradation of Communities and church properties. These cases filed by IOC (Orthodox faction) continuing for 40-50. They are just filing cases for all unfactual cases for grabbing and to keep status quo – which deny the rights of majority of parish members in many churches. years with out any commonsense verdicts. This is absolute distortions of justice. I hope justice should have some logics to it - but the fact is that Justice is not served as if we are still under foreign rule suppressing the majority - memebers of a parish has no rights -- despicable- all church should have independent elections that decide the church administerations form each parish members of a church but not by court rulings that never solve these cases- that is democracy- Take it over like devasom board so no one argue for thes illegal rulings. How could Metran kakshi do this with a sensible conscience. Laws that refer to some old contitutions are not really legal and is injustice to thousands of parishoners of a church. it is foolish in heaven and earth to deny rights of majority of people to conduct at least (as a gesture of reconciliation) two Sundays of qurbana in a chuch where majority of believers are Syrian Jacobites and thinking it could be controlled by court order and verdict by few rich members.Those thinking are from Hell and Satanic not from Heaven.This refers to many churches in Kerala especially Kolencherry and many churches and this fight would never end as it is a fight against illegal and immoral siege. It is unimaginable to think that so called spiritual leaders practice

This is a major legal issue in Kerala Christains affecting millions in legal fight, church destruction and commuity destruction and need to be legally resolved where the lower courts should not override supreme court ruling!!! Many Churches in Kerala is closed and got destroyed by wrong legal interpretation like status quo to be kept and- faction fight continues for many years fifty to sixty years between Jacobite Syrian Christian Church Indian orthodox church. But the lower courts( like district courts) rulings by group influences results denial of supreme court rulings and is kept status quo in many churches denying majority of Parishners the right of worship and freedom and those churches got closed indefinitely and the supreme court rulings are in vain and non effective According to Supreme court Verdict 1995:- 1) IOC (Indian Orthodox Church) is not an independent church 2) IOC is division of Universal Syrian Orthodox Church 3) Patriarch is Primate of Malanakara church not Catholicose 4) Parishes must be ruled by Parishioners not by bishops, Catholicos 5) Each Parishes has their own constitution 6) 1934 only for common asset 7) 1934 constitution is against the merit of Mulanthuruthy synod 8) Bishops should be elected by people, not by number of churches 9) Bishops should be ordained by the permission of Patriarch so their Mathews II Bava is self ordained Bava (Same Militios tirumeni ordained in the midnight at Devalokam Didimos Valia Bava without convening Association) 10) Government cannot implement Court judgment 11) 1958 merging will not repeat at any cost nterpretations!! If Jesus came today he would have whipped all these corrupt bishops and Priests who made many churches den of thieves..greed and injustice I would assume these writings are useless and futile unless there are real spiritual leaders in IOC both clergy and layman leaders who really practice Jesus principles- who taught first reconcile with your brother before doing any Qurbana. I would plead the justice system in India were the lower courts kick the Supreme court ruling like a ball and all the justice is denied for a major majority of parish members in many many kerala Syrian Christian churches. A Concerned person for church of Syrian Christian.
